Runs applied
Log the watering you've done, see every run and how much water went on each surface, and check how it lines up with the lake and licence
Runs applied is the record of every bit of watering you've logged — how much went on, where, and whether it counts towards each surface's water balance.
Premium
Runs applied is part of Premium. On Core the page shows a Premium panel, while Moisture (measured readings) stays free. See Core and Premium plans.
Where do I find it?
Click Irrigation in the top bar, then Water, then Runs applied. The four Water views — Runs applied, Moisture, Lake and Meters & licence — sit side by side along the top of the page.
You need at least one irrigated surface first. If you haven't picked any, start with Setting up Irrigation.
How do I log a run?
There is one run log, and it always counts towards the water balance. It's the same form whether you open it from Tonight or from here.
Click Log a run
It's in the banner at the top of the page.
Say what happened on each surface
Pick As usual to repeat that surface's last run, Didn't run to save nothing, or Different to type the millimetres (or the minutes per station).
Save
Click the save button at the bottom. The runs appear in the list straight away.
Hand-watering counts too
Hand-watering and syringing go through the same form. If you don't log them, TurfWise assumes they didn't happen.
What's on the page?
- The chart — the last fortnight for one surface, with the water that went on set against what the weather took out. Use the surface picker to change surface.
- Runs — every run, newest first, with when it was, the surface, how much was applied and where the record came from. Choose a window (30d, 90d, 6 mo or 12 mo) and filter to one surface.
- By surface — each surface's total depth, runs, volume and run time. Click a name to open that surface.
- Lake, Licence and Moisture — short cards down the side, so you can see storage, your abstraction licence and the model against your probes without leaving the page.
Treatment vs Response, at the foot of the list, opens the timeline that lines water up against course conditions.
What does 'est' mean?
Some runs record a depth directly. Others only have a volume or a run time, so TurfWise works the depth out from the surface's area or precipitation rate. Those depths are marked est — treat them as estimates, not measurements.
Depths aren't added up across surfaces, because 5 mm on one green and 5 mm on another don't make 10 mm of anything. Volume and run time are totalled instead.
TurfWise doesn't run your controller
Runs here are records. Start and stop water at your controller.
