Every suggestion is advisory. Check it against your own site, your team and current legislation before you save. You're the one signing the assessment off.
How do I get hazard and control suggestions?
Open H & S > Assessments > Risk assessments and click New assessment. The AI Co-Pilot panel sits beside the form on a wide screen, or underneath it on a smaller one.
Describe the task
Fill in the Category and Activity Type (spraying, mowing, lifting and so on), and who's at risk. The suggestions are based on these.
Suggest hazards
Under Hazard Ideas, click Suggest. Each idea comes with its reasoning. Click the tick to accept it and it's added to Identified Hazards, or the cross to dismiss it.
Suggest controls
Once you have at least one hazard, click Suggest under Control Ideas. Accepted controls go into Control Measures with their priority.
Finish the form
Score the risk, add PPE and complete the rest of the assessment as normal, then save.

How do I draft a safe system of work?
Open H & S > Assessments > Safe systems and click Add procedure.
Enter a title
Type a clear Title, such as "Chemical Handling & Application". The Generate with AI button stays greyed out until you do.
Generate with AI
Click Generate with AI. TurfWise drafts the category, risk level, Procedure steps, PPE required, Warnings and Emergency actions.
Edit and save
Read every step and change anything that doesn't match how your team actually works. Then click Create procedure.
If it says generation timed out, the AI service may be busy. Wait a moment and try again.
How do I turn an assessment into a toolbox talk?
Open a saved risk assessment that has at least one hazard. Near the bottom you'll find the Toolbox Talk section.
Click Draft a toolbox talk. TurfWise writes a short crew briefing with Key hazards, Non-negotiable controls and a Briefing to read out.
The draft isn't saved
The toolbox talk is a draft to read or share. Click Copy to paste it wherever you need it, such as a new toolbox talk record. Not happy with it? Click Re-draft toolbox talk. See Toolbox talks and training.
