Course Activities
See what got done on the course, what's still open, which areas have been quiet, and when each job was last done
On this page
Course Activities shows what work got done on the course, what's still open, and when each job was last done on each area.
Click Work in the top bar, then Course Activities. It's included on Core, for course managers.
What does the green card tell me?
The card answers What's been done on the course? for the last 7 days, 30 days or 90 days — pick one at the top. It gives a headline, such as "42 jobs done · 3 still open", and a sentence on which area took most of the work.
Four tiles show Jobs done, the hours, Still open and Time recorded.
On the right is what's left to sort, each with a button:
- Jobs still open from past days — Go through them to tick off what was done, and move or cancel the rest.
- Areas with nothing done in the last 90 days — Plan or Show them.
- No time recorded on any job — Record time.
Where do the hours come from?
Hours are planned hours — the time each job was planned for — until someone records how long it really took. Recorded time then replaces the planned time, job by job.
Job counts show what was done, not how hard anyone worked.
What's on the rest of the page?
By area
Each course area in its own colour, with jobs done, hours and jobs still open, and when it was last done. Click an area to see its jobs.
Jobs done by week
Charts of jobs and hours week by week.
Last done
One row for each job on each area: when it was last done, the last 8 weeks, and whether anything is still open or planned. Search with Find an activity, filter by area, choose Show (All, Still open or Not done in 30 days) and sort.
Each row has History and either Plan or Sort.
How do I tick off a job or record its time?
Open History
Click History on the row.
Tick off or record time
For an open job, enter Hours it took and click Tick off. For a done job, choose Record time and confirm each person's time.
Save
Click Save time. The figures update straight away.
Save time
Plan on a row opens a new job with that job and area already filled in. Plan a job at the top starts a blank one.
How far back can I see?
If your plan keeps less history than a period needs, that period button is greyed out.
