Run the course on TurfWise for one week. One small job a day. Free, no card, no trial clock — if it doesn't earn its place, you've lost nothing.
Seven days, one job each
- Day 1
Plan tomorrow's work
Put tomorrow's jobs in the Planner tonight and put a name against each one. Even just the mowing and the cups.
- Day 2
Put the plan on one teammate's phone
Add one person from the team. They see the day's jobs on their own phone, and what they do lands back in your record.
- Day 3
Log a job with a photo
Next time you're out, capture a job where it happens: pick the area, take the picture, done.
- Day 4
Keep the conversation with the work
Use the team chat for one day's questions and updates instead of the WhatsApp group, so they stay with the job.
- Day 5
Run a QR machine check
Print the QR code for a mower you use every day, scan it and tick through the pre-start check. Faults go onto the machine's history.
- Day 6
Record a spray or the shed stock
Log one spray application, or count what's on the shelf. Enter it once and it's in the record for good.
- Day 7
Look back at the week
Open the record: what was done, by whom, where, with the photos. That's the week you'd otherwise keep in your head.
You'll get a short email from Paul on the days that help — nothing on the days you've already done, and a link in every one to stop them.
What it costs
Nothing. Core is £0 for good: one course, up to 6 people and the latest 90 days of records visible, with nothing deleted. If the club later wants the whole team, the full history and the office side, Premium is £590/year or £59/month.
