What are QR machinery tags?
Physical QR tags that attach to each machine. Staff scan them with a phone to instantly pull up pre-start checks, log defects, or view service history. Tags are included with every subscription at no extra cost.
What support is included?
Every subscription includes full email and in-app support, onboarding assistance, and access to our knowledge base. We also offer priority support for clubs that need it.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. During that period you can export everything — reports, records, and compliance documents — in standard formats. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
