Report a problem
Tell TurfWise about something that isn't working — with screenshots — follow the fault through to fixed, add comments, and get in touch with a question instead
On this page
If something in TurfWise isn't working, report it from inside the app and you can follow what happens to it.
Open Contact & Support with the Contact us button. You'll find it at the bottom of the list that opens when you click any place in the top bar (for example Work). The page is included on every plan.
This is for faults in TurfWise
A broken mower is a machinery fault — log it under Team & kit › Machinery › Faults. A loose step or a damaged hose is a safety report: use Report something under H & S. This page is for TurfWise itself.
How do I submit a fault?
The Submit a fault form is at the top of the page.
Give it a short title
One line, such as "the planner won't save a job".
Say what went wrong
Which page you were on, what happened and what you expected. Steps to reproduce is optional but makes a fix far quicker: what did you click or enter before it happened?
Say how much it's affecting you
Choose Minor problem, Slowing me down, Important work affected or Unable to continue.
Attach screenshots and submit
Up to 3 images, 5 MB each — PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF. Click Submit fault report. If a screenshot fails to attach, the report is still saved and you can Retry screenshots.
Leave out passwords
Don't put passwords or sensitive staff information in a report or a screenshot. Crop or cover anything personal before you attach it.
How do I follow what happens to it?
Under the form, Course issues lists every report from your club with its type, how serious it is and its status: Open, Investigating, Awaiting User (we need something from you), Fixed, Released (the fix is live) or Closed. Filter by status with the chips.
Click a report to open it. You'll see the description, the screenshots under Attachments and the Comments thread. Type in the box and click Send to add a reply — that's where to answer a question from support or say whether a fix worked.
You'll be asked if we need more
When a report moves to Awaiting User, there's a comment on it asking for something. Reply there rather than submitting a second report.
What if it's a question, not a fault?
The Contact Paul box on the same page has an email address and a WhatsApp number, and Ask a question opens a short form for a question about a feature or how to get something done. The reply comes to the email address you give.
