My safety

The one H & S page every crew member sees — what you need to read and sign, your reports, today's job, your certificates and the emergency card

On this page

My safety is your own health and safety page: what you've been asked to read, what you've reported, and where the emergency card is.

If you're crew, it's the only place H & S holds for you. Managers have it too, as the last entry under H & S > Team.

Where do I find it?

Click H & S in the top bar. Crew go straight to My safety. Managers open H & S, then Team, then My safety.

The big Report something button and an Emergency card button sit at the top. A small count next to them tells you how many things are waiting to be signed, or that there's nothing to sign.

What's on the page?

What's free

Reading and confirming safety documents, and reporting near misses and things that aren't safe, are free on every plan. The emergency card, your job for today, your certificates and signing toolbox talks are part of Premium.

To sign

Documents you're asked to read, and toolbox talks you were at. Each document has two buttons: Open the document and I've read and understand it. The second one stays greyed out until you've opened the document. See Read & signed.

A document that's been changed since you confirmed it comes back marked Read again. A talk shows Sign this talk.

Your reports

Everything you've reported, with its status: Reported, Being looked at, or Closed (Put right for something that wasn't safe). Underneath, The team's near misses are listed for you to read, so you know where to watch out. You can't change them.

Your job today, the emergency card and your certificates

These sit down the right-hand side. Your job today shows what the job needs, including the PPE. Emergency card shows the first aiders, the first-aid kit and who to ring, with Open the full card for the rest. Your certificates lists what's on file and anything your role still needs, marked Missing.

On Core these three show a Premium label instead.

How do I report something?

Click Report something and choose what happened. The steps are in Report something.

Nobody is blamed for reporting

A near miss is the cheapest warning you'll ever get. Report it on the day, even if it feels small.
