One place to create, approve and find your weekly, monthly and committee report packs

Members Reports is the home for your report packs — the weekly member update, the monthly summary and the committee report — so you can start a new one, approve drafts and find old ones from a single page.

Report packs are part of TurfWise Premium.
Where do I find it?
Click Records in the top bar, then choose Reports › Members Reports, or open Members Reports. On smaller screens, tap Menu first. Choose Weekly, Monthly or Committee to work with that kind of report.
You can also use the Members Reports button or card on Reports & Analytics. The saved /communications address still opens this page.
What's on Members Reports?
The page opens with your Members' page, then has three sections, one for each kind of pack.
Members' page
Your public page for members: today's course conditions, posts, photos and videos on one link. From here you can Update course conditions, Post a course update, set what's Around the course, or print the Poster for the clubhouse. The Members' page is on Core and Premium. Weekly member reports
Course condition, maintenance highlights and upcoming work, packaged for members.

Monthly reports
A broader month-end summary built from the month's activity, costs and course trends.

The Approval flow panel on the right sums up how packs move: Draft from records, Manager review, then Publish or archive.
Moving around the packs
The same row of links stays across the top once you're inside a pack, so you always know where you are: Overview (back to the hub), Weekly, Monthly, Committee and Analytics. Pick Weekly, Monthly or Committee and you'll see that pack's own shortcuts — for example New Weekly, Approve and Archive. The same packs are listed under Members Reports in the Reports menu.
Analytics takes you to Reports & Analytics, where cost, staff, compliance and machinery reports live.
Which pack should I use?
- A quick update on the week for the team or the club — use Weekly.
- A summary of the whole month for managers or members — use Monthly.
- A formal, narrative report for a committee meeting — use Committee.
- Evidence to back up a specific decision — use an Evidence Brief in Documents.
- A whole-operation summary for the board — use an Executive Report in Documents.

Every pack pulls from the jobs, hours, spray records, weather and machinery data already in TurfWise. The more consistently your team records their work, the less you'll need to write yourself.
