Rate Staff
Give each member of the team a quick daily score on five areas, add a note, and move straight on to the next person waiting
Rate Staff is the quick page for scoring your team's day, one person at a time, with the next person ready as soon as you submit.
Premium
Ratings are part of Performance, which needs Premium. You also need permission to rate performance, which managers normally have.
Where do I find it?
Click Team & kit in the top bar, then Staff › Performance › Rate Staff. You can also click Rate performance on someone's profile to go straight to them.
How do I rate someone?
Pick who to rate
Under Who do you want to rate?, click a person. Use the search box to find them by name, number or role. The list only shows people still waiting to be rated today, with how many are waiting.
Score the five areas
Score Quality, Efficiency, Attitude, Teamwork and Safety from 1 to 5. Every area starts on 4. To set them all at once, use Excellent (5), Solid (4) or Coaching (3). The Overall figure at the top is the average.
Add a note if it helps
What went well, To improve and Notes are all optional.
Submit and move on
Click Submit & next. TurfWise saves the rating and opens the next person waiting. When everyone has been rated, you'll see Everyone's been rated today. Click Back to list if you'd rather pick someone yourself.
Where do the scores go?
Each score feeds the leaderboard, watchlist and weekly reviews on the Performance page. Little and often gives you far better trends than one big review a quarter. See Performance.
