Compliance Report

See your health and safety position at a glance — overall compliance score, renewals due, incidents, COSHH, spray record gaps and product approvals

On this page

The Compliance report shows where your club stands on health and safety today, and what needs attention before it becomes a problem.

Why don't my dates change much?

Compliance is about your position now — certificates in date, reviews up to date, incidents closed — so most of this report ignores the dates in Report controls. Incidents always cover the last 12 months, and renewals look 90 days ahead.

What does the overall score mean?

The dial shows Overall compliance as a percentage, with a grade: Excellent (90% and over), Good, Fair or Needs attention (under 60%). It's the average of the categories TurfWise can track. If nothing can be tracked yet, it reads Not tracked rather than guessing.

Beside it are Requirements, Compliant and Violations — the counts behind the score.

The four categories

Compliance categories scores each area, and you can click a row for detail:

  • Staff Certifications — certificates with an expiry date that are still in date
  • Risk Assessments — live assessments whose review isn't overdue
  • Incidents — incidents in the last 12 months that have been closed out
  • COSHH — assessments that are active, current and have a safety data sheet

What's on the rest of the page?

  • Expiring ≤30 days, Overdue / expired, Open incidents and RIDDOR reportable — the four things most likely to need action
  • Renewals due — certificates, COSHH reviews and risk assessment reviews that are overdue or due in the next 90 days
  • Incidents (12 months) — totals, open and closed, days lost, and RIDDOR flagged and reported
  • COSHH detail — assessments, how many are active, safety data sheet coverage and any expiring soon
  • Spray record completeness — spray records in the period missing a MAPP number
  • Product approvals — whether products you've sprayed still have a valid approval
  • Chemical usage — the products used in the period

Not checked doesn't mean approved

Product approvals can only be checked when a MAPP number is recorded and the product is in the UK fungicide catalogue — which doesn't cover growth regulators or insecticides. Anything else is counted as Not checked. That's not a statement that it's approved.
