The Portfolio Dashboard puts all the clubs in your management group on one screen, so an area manager can see at a glance which clubs are on track and which need attention.
Save time
Instead of logging into each club in turn, you get every club's tasks, machinery, budget and compliance in one place, ranked, with the clubs at risk at the top.
Open it from Team & kit › Staff › People › Portfolio Dashboard.
Who can see it?
The Portfolio Dashboard is for area managers (group managers) and administrators. Anyone else sees Access Restricted.
It only has something to show if your account is linked to a group of clubs. If it isn't, you'll see No portfolio to show. If you manage several clubs and want them here, ask your TurfWise contact to set up a portfolio for you.
What's on the dashboard?
Across the top you'll see your group's name, how many clubs it covers and how many are at risk or need attention.
Choosing the period and region
Use Period to switch between Today, Last 7 days and Last 30 days. If your clubs are split into regions, pick one from Region, or leave it on All regions. Click Refresh for the latest figures.
The four sections
- Overview — Clubs at risk, Need attention, Critical alerts and the Portfolio score, then Needs attention today, Club health, Rankings and Recent activity.
- Operations — Overdue tasks, Completion rate, Machines down and clubs at High disease risk, with a chart of Task completion by club.
- Money — Portfolio budget, Spent to date, Clubs over budget and Active projects, with Budget variance by club. Left of the centre line is over budget; right is under.
- Compliance & people — Critical compliance, Certs expiring, Absent today and Attendance, with a Compliance score by club.
Each club is labelled On track, Watch or At risk, in words as well as colour.
How do I look at one club in detail?
Click a club in Club health or Rankings. You'll see its Operations, Finance and Compliance scores and what's behind them, such as overdue tasks, budget spent, overdue inspections, expired certificates and open incidents. Underneath are its Active Alerts and Recent Activity.

This is a read-only view
The club page is for reading the figures. There's nothing to change or approve on it.
How do I share the rankings?
Click Export to download the rankings as a spreadsheet (CSV), with each club's rank, overall, operations, finance and compliance scores and status. It's handy for a board report.
What if a club is missing?
If a club's data couldn't be read, a notice says which clubs are missing from these figures. Their numbers aren't counted as zero; they're left out of the totals altogether. Click Refresh, and tell support if it keeps happening.
